Hook: Size: #8, #10 & #12
Thread:  Brown #6
Tail: 
Pheasant tail fibres
Rib:  Gold Tinsel
Body:  Mixture of Peacockle and Gingery Black dubbing
Wing Case: Pheasant tail fibres
Legs:
Partridge hackle fibres

Instructions:
  1.
Pinch barb down creating a barbless hook.
  2.
Attach tying thread, 1/8 inch back from eye of hook, wrap down to above barb location.
  3.
Attach tail fibres.
  4.
Attach tinsel.
  5.
Twist dubbing onto thread and wrap 2/3 of hook.
  6.
Bring tinsel forward and tie off at 2/3 of hook length.
  7.
Attach wing case material with dark side up.
  8.
Apply more dubbing and wrap to within 1/8 of an inch of the eye.
  9.
Bring wing case forward, and tie off, then trim.
10.
Apply leg material, separate and wrap with thread, trim and form the head of the fly.

This fly works extremely well on Brown & Rainbow Trout. Fish it deep and close to bottom.
